Warranty Policy


  • Our products come with a One-Year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, residential use.
  • This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wear on finishes and the gradual compression of cushion foam.
  • Variations in grain, color, or texture of natural materials.

Claims Process:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect.
  • We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a refund.

Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
    • The item is unused and in its original condition.
    • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Please note that change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
