Most items sold by SeekFancy are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties:

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

  • In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
  • If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 30 day period for a refund. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

How to request warranty (return, repair, and refund)

Only faulty items can be returned under warranty. If your item has an issue,please contact our customer services first.
Please follow the warranty process:

  1. Please describe the problem with your item in details(what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code (SKU Number).
  2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
  3. Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package.
  4. Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
    (PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at a close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you.)

Dead on Arrival

Contact our customer services for RMA authorization, on the same day of receiving the item, and ship the product back via the least expensive method.
The item will be exchanged with a replacement upon all details received (pictures/videos).

One Year Free Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is one year counted from the date of purchase.
Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
Please follow the warranty process:

  1. Contact customer services with your order number along with the product code. (SKU number)
  2.  Please send us clear picture of the outer package and the item.

Solutions:

  • If we haven’t sent the item by mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
  • If we have shipped the wrong item: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative item (if applicable).
  • If you have purchased the wrong item: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to our warehouse and to resend a replacement will be covered by customer both ways.
